I visit many hotels in Masoorie many time but this is my worst experience I ever had with this hotel. And rooms are like matchbox . No space for child in room either we pay extra for kids . It's not four star hotel it's a "" 0" " Star..

Queen of hills mussoorie, I love stay at Hotel Shilton Mussoorie.The staff, the food was tooo awesome. I will love to come here again. Staying over here was one of my best experience. the rooms were neat and clean, rooms view perfect its make your stay more memorable

Visited this place in 07 Aug 2023. Nice stay with family for couple of days at this place... Property location is just at the starting point of the famous Mall road....Rooms are well maintained with nice upholstery, also food is delicious Must visit. & stay Hotel Shilton in Mussoorie....

I was stay at hotel Shilton, Good hotel view from hotel was great had wonderful stay at the hotel very happy and satisfied & i will give 5 star for service. The food was very testy. Also i like Queen of Hills Mussoorie..

I will give 0 star to this pathetic hotel. Whole staff and sardar ji are very rude behaving, very arrogant. Sardar ji charged me a big money for a room with balcony view, and balcony was no of any use since it was all monkeys sitting over there all the time and made it dirty and room was smelling so bad whole night, Sardar ji said he could not do anything but he could at least put a grill on balcony so that its not used by monkey's, I got to know that Monkeys even took the purse and other things of other customers before, Sardar ji charging so hefty charges for these rooms which do not justify and don't let even customer know that do not open balcony doors as monkeys could attack you, when told Sardar ji about this problem he and his staff showed arrogant behavior. Altogether this hotel is worthless.

Hey I m from Bihar, I was came first time in Mussoorie and stay at Hotel Shilton Room was Prince Valley View and I was totally satisfied with service and food was very testy full paisa vasool tha... & I love that place I m very happy... I love to come to again and stay at Hotel Shilton............
